Best experience I've ever had buying a car. They were extremely helpful and honest. The environment is amazing and so friendly! They make sure you 100% satisfied before you walk out and answer all and any questions.
Please stay away from this place! We bought a car from them last year and the check engine light came on literally 5 minutes after we left the lot. They gave me a bunch of weak excuses for why that may be (loose gas cap, elevation changes, etc) and then stopped returning my calls. I ended up stranded on the side of the freeway multiple times and put over $5,000 into it before we finally got it in a good enough place to sell. Looking back, there were so many red flags we shouldn’t have ignored. While we were finalizing the paperwork a customer came in to complain about how their recently purchased car also wasn’t working properly and once they left Dallas started saying things like “what did they expect buying a car like that” and such. They’re con artists- don’t trust them and please just don’t buy from here!
I got the car I always wanted here, but after a week or so it turned out there was a little bit of an issue. I talked to them about it and they fixed it for no charge and no questions asked. Omer was always willing to answer my questions and made the buying process simple. Would recommend if you're looking for a used car!
I had the best experience buying a car from Used Cars and Trucks For Less. This was my first time buying a car and I felt no pressure whatsoever and felt like I was in control of what I wanted. I would 10/10 recommend buying from this place in the future.
We bought a car 4 months ago, a Mazda. We still don’t have the title! This is ridiculous! They also clear the codes before they sell the cars! Be careful! We are going to end up having to take them to court if they don’t get this taken care of! I will make sure everyone knows they can’t trust this dealership!
